The corrugated plastic components box is a well-established product for delivering various components to the assembly line in many machinery manufacture industries, such as automotive, aircraft, electronic equipment, etc.. The boxes are made from fluted /corrugated polypropylene sheets which are extruded from HDPP (high-density polypropylene) resin. The sheets are the desired material to make the boxes of the components due to its durable nature and impact shatter resistance. Compared with the injection moulded containers, the corrugated plastic components boxes tooling costs are comparatively low and provide greater flexibility, which is selected by many leading global car manufacturers.
